Paul is our head of people with over a quarter of a century's experience in building teams for effective development of services, products and transformation.

Paul has developed teams from junior engineer to C-level executives across EMEA and AsiaPac, and is highly adept at designing individual sourcing plans to suit individual companies, cultures, and positions. He is currently supporting a number of transformations.

Paul is a business performance coach and IPD-qualified trainer (the institute of personal development).
