We’re looking for you to have a solid background in transforming ways of working, be empathic and good at personal coaching, group interaction and dynamic. Be a great, clear and explicit communicator.

You are an expert in anything related to iterative or flow based ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, simple scaled agile models and frameworks), you observe a pragmatic and situational approach to changing ways of working. You are a lifelong learner and develop yourself continuously. With positive influence you support people and teams to work with higher alignment and higher autonomy.
